MONTHLY RATES

Rates are based on two adults per room.

All winter rates are Discounted for Cash and do not include the 11% sales tax. Please add 3% if paying by credit card.
If you are staying longer than 3 months your sales tax will be refunded back to you at the end of your stay.

Winter rates include weekly maid service. Daily upkeep of your room is your responsibility. We will provide bed linens and trash bags. All other items such as towels , soap , and toilet paper etc, are the guests responsibility.

Due to a limited number of phone lines, computer and local phone use is limited to 950 free minutes per month.There will be a charge of .10 cents per minute over the 950 limit. Long distance calls are charged per minute , your phone bill will be cleared at the end of each month or if long distance exceeds 25.00 at any time.
